Follow these easy steps to get your Zanussi ZT 46/30 Refrigerator up and running in no time.
Place the appliance in an area with ambient temperatures between 10°C (50°F) and 32°C (90°F). Ensure it is positioned to allow air circulation, with the back close to a wall but maintaining the necessary ventilation gap. The bottom grill should not be obstructed.
Adjust the appliance to be level using the two front leveling feet. Rotate them with your fingers to achieve the correct height and stability.
Ensure the appliance is earthed. Connect it to a power supply of 220-240 V / 50 Hz. Any electrical work required should be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent person.
After installation, leave the appliance for 2 hours before turning it on. This allows the refrigerant to settle. Set the thermostat to a medium setting (3 or 4) and leave the appliance empty for at least 4 hours before placing any food inside.
Align the top of the fridge-freezer with other kitchen units if needed by adjusting the screws in the rear brackets. This may require removing and repositioning the top of the appliance.
